3. Three is the magic number at these tables
All Twister poker tables are three-max. That means you’re only ever pitting yourself against two other players for your shot at the prize pool. And speaking of the prize pool…
4. Winner takes all (except when the don’t)
For the vast majority of the time, the player who comes out on top at bet365 Twister poker gets the whole prize pool. So, depending on your multiplier, you could turn that buy-in into quite a pretty penny. And because you’re only up against two other players, the chances of that are relatively high compared to other types of poker games.
However, if the prize pool reaches €1,000 or above, things change a little. In those instances, the top player gets 80% of the prize pool, while the other two players get 10% each. We really like that feature because it takes the sting out of missing out on a big, juicy multiplier.
But if you’re playing a €200 buy-in bet365 Twister game, this is a little different. In that case, the winner takes it all up to a €10,000 prize pool. Once it reaches those heights, the prize pool is split with 80% of the cash going to the winner and 10% going to the other two players.
5. Heavenly options
Twister poker is so popular that there are a couple of spin off games available too. So you can expand your horizons beyond the original. The available prize-pool is decided at random and displayed before each Twister Sit & Go begins.
The prize-pool amount is equal to the buy-in amount multiplied by one of the following factors: two, three, five, eight, 50 or 1,000. For a buy-in of €1 – €100, 7% of the total buy-in is taken as fee. For a buy-in of €200, 5% of the total buy-in is taken as fee.
In order to use the Twister Boost feature, you must play in Twister Sit & Gos with a €3, €15 or €25 buy-in. A boost will only be offered when a two times or three times multiplier has been awarded.
If all players agree to a Boost, another prize is added at the cost of an additional buy-in. This is then added to the original prize-pool. Should one or more players not accept a Boost, the game is played as normal.
