Ian JohnOne of the biggest names in iGaming is bringing a wide selection of both its in-house and third-party games to bet365 as part of a new agreement between the two companies.
Relax Gaming has agreed a deal with the world’s biggest sports betting service to allow a selection of the 4,000+ games it has available to be hosted on the slots and casino gaming site, bet365 Games.
Currently there are a small selection of Relax Gaming titles available to play on the bet365 Games platform which includes the likes of Lucky Money, Animal Carnival, Top Dawgs and Iron Bank.
It is likely that a significant number of other titles from the Relax Gaming portfolio will be ported over to bet365 Games as part of the deal, although what titles they are and when that will happen is not yet clear.
A Deal Offering Opportunities For Both Companies
The partnership announcement is one that will offer significant opportunities for both companies to expand their reach.
For bet365, it is an opportunity to expand on its already extensive selection of games with the addition of a significant number of other games from a wide range of providers that includes Relax Gaming’s extensive third-party suppliers.
In return, Relax Gaming will gain access to the millions of bet365 customers that are based in different jurisdictions around the world, plus additional access and exposure to customers based in territories that bet365 are currently expanding into, such as the burgeoning market for sports betting and casino games in the North and South American markets, for example.

The deal was announced on St. Valentine’s Day, 14th February, in the UK and in that release the chief commercial officer of Relax Gaming, Nadiya Attard, remarked upon the potential that this partnership will have for the company:

What Type Of Games Will The Partnership Offer Bet365 Customers?
The vast majority of games that Relax Gaming will offer bet365 customers will be slot games with the company having a particularly focus on slots that have very high volatility.
Most of the titles will either be five or six-reel slot games, with some offering other game features, such as Megaways.
Of the 20 current titles on the site, the one exception to slot games is Kluster Krystals Megaclusters, which offers customers payouts based on clusters of the same symbol across a grid, rather than on a five or six reel set up.
What Are Very High Volatility Slots?
How volatile a slot game is refers to how it usually pays out its returns.
It is not the same as the Returns to Player Percentage (RTP), which is an estimate to how much a slot will pay out in total over its lifetime, compared to the amount it takes in as stakes.
The volatility of a slot is usually described as low, medium or high, and it is a scale and a slot game can fall anywhere along the scale from a very low volatile slot, to a very highly volatile slot.
Relax Games tend to fall anywhere from the medium to the very high volatility, with the current selection of games at bet365 being comprised of more very highly volatile titles.
A game said to be highly volatile is one that does not pay out small amounts more frequently, but tends to pay out less frequently, but will often pay more when a winning spin is landed.
For example, let’s say we have three slots that pay out £100,000 in winnings and each slot is different volatility.

- A medium volatility slot will pay out fewer wins than the low volatility slot and while it will still have a high percentage of low value wins, it will also have more medium to higher value wins.
- A high volatility slot will pay out even fewer wins than the two previous slots, but its £100,000 in prize money will have a greater number of higher value payouts included in it than the medium or low volatility slots and in general, this slot will have markedly fewer wins compared to the low volatility game.
