Let’s learn a little more about what the Jackpot Sit & Go Challenges are and how you can participate in them.

What are Bet365 Poker’s Four Jackpot Sit & Go Challenges?

Each of the four Jackpot Sit & Go Challenges on Bet365 Poker are a series of tournaments which the player must enter and win consecutive events in order to realise a jackpot prize. Depending on the Sit & Go event in question, a player will take on a different number of players for a different buy in and will need to win a different number of tournaments consecutively to claim the prize.

What is important to note here is that the events must be won consecutively – not that the player needs to play in consecutive events. You can play in events days apart, and provided you keep winning without being defeated in an event, your run will keep going and you’ll give yourself a chance of the jackpot prize.

If you don’t win all events, but finish first or second in the stated number of events to win the jackpot prize in the three events with a progressive jackpot, then you will win a consolation prize, the size of which is dependent on the event that you are participating in.

The smallest jackpot prize is €2,000 for the Dirty Dozen Jackpot Sit & Go, the remaining three events, Maui, Rio and Fort Knox have progressive jackpot funds which increase over time but which are reset to the seeding amount once a player triggers the jackpot.

Having gained a broad understanding of how each of the Jackpot Sit & Go games work, let’s now take a look at the makeup of each individual Jackpot Sit & Go game.

  • If you finish first or second in six successive Rio games, then you will earn a consolation prize of €200.
  • You must complete the six successive Rio game victories within a 14-day time period.

Fort Knox

  • Fort Knox games, as the name suggests are the most expensive to enter at €40 per game.
  • There are six players at each Fort Knox table.
  • You need to win 6 Fort Knox games in succession in order to claim the progressive jackpot prize.
  • The progressive jackpot is seeded at €35,000 in the first week and €7,000 is added after the first week has been completed without the jackpot being won. A further €5,000 is added after the following week, with every subsequent week after this seeing a further €2,000 added to the progressive jackpot fund.
  • If you finish 1st or 2nd in six successive Fort Knox games, then you will win a consolation prize of €500.
  • You have 14-days within which to win your six successive games to claim the jackpot prize.

Is it only the Jackpot Prizes available in these games?

No, there are the usual cash prizes on offer for the top players in each of the games at the table, which means that you will obviously win considerably more than the jackpot prize if you manage to win four, five or six of the events above in succession. The jackpot prize is awarded in addition to any winnings you make at the tables from each games.

One thing to note however is that if you feel you have earned a jackpot win, you must get in touch with Bet365 within 48 hours of finishing the number of games you need to win in succession in order to trigger the jackpot. If you don’t make contact with Bet365 within 48 hours of finishing your Jackpot run, then you could miss out on the jackpot altogether.

There are a number of other rules involving collusion between players which are in place for these events to ensure that each is as fair to players as can be. It is well worth checking out the promotional pages on Bet365 for the latest information about the offers.

The Jackpot Sit & Go games are always very popular on Bet365 Poker and are well worth a closer look if you fancy yourself as a tournament whizz as the jackpots on offer are very tempting if you can turn tournament play into profit.
